COILED TUBING SERVICES

Fronter Hills Technical Services has extensive experience in well intervention and maintenance services for oil and gas wells without a drilling rig. Our coiled tubing equipment allows us to operate in vertical and deviated wells up to a certain level of complexity, as well as in production tubing sizes ranging from 2-7/8” to 5-1/2”, and variable production liner diameters.

In the Coiled Tubing Services division, we have state-of-the-art equipment with the capability to operate in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs, fully complying with all applicable regulations, occupational safety, and personal protective standards. Our work practices are environmentally responsible, as the preservation of our natural spaces is the guarantee of existence for future generations.

SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS AND N2

We provide our customers with chemical products: dispersants and demulsifiers, which can be applied at the surface level and also at the bottom of the well for stimulation in producing intervals.

▪Crude oil ranges: heavy, extra heavy, medium, and light. We reformulate the product according to the type of crude oil to be treated and based on our customers' needs and requirements.

▪Both the dispersant and the demulsifier are 100% effective.

▪The purpose of demulsifiers is to break the emulsion to obtain dry crude oil and clean water.

▪Proper selection (based on fluid characteristics and production facility availability) and application are critical to successful treatment.

In the Well Testing division, we provide technical operational facilities services with high standards of quality and safety, complying with current ANSI, COVENIN, API, and ISO regulations and providing surface well testing solutions based on our extensive field experience and comprehensive knowledge of well attributes, enabling you to improve the experience and profitability of your operations.

MULTIPHASE MEASUREMENT SERVICE

Fronter Hills Technical Services provides multiphase flow measurement solutions for the industry that enable optimization of production and increase recovery rates per well in real time.

Multiphase well measurement technology is used to evaluate gas, oil, and water production from wells and streams without prior separation in surface gathering systems. Non-radioactive multiphase meters provide accurate and reliable measurements that are not affected by the presence of undesirable fluids in production: CO2, H2S, water cut, and salinity.

TwinFlowTM technology guarantees excellent signal and data quality from its impedance sensors. The sensors are precisely positioned inside the Venturi throat in conjunction with the DP measurement, which allows for completely real-time measurements. Additionally, it is not affected by the effects of slippage and turbulence.

Typical Uncertainties:

Water Content Range: 3-5%.

Liquid Content Range: 5%.

Gas Content Range: 8-10% (GVF).

Typical Operating Range: Gas-Fluid Ratio (GVF): 0 to 95%.

Water-Liquid Ratio (RAL): 0 to 100%.

Liquid Rate: 200 to 50,000 BPPD.

SPECIALIZED CLEANING AND STIMULATION TOOL

Powerwave:

It is a process patented by Wavefront Reservoir Technologies, Canada, which involves replacing the conventional method of injecting fluids in a laminar manner with a discontinuous and accelerated injection. Powerwave maximizes the dispersion and penetration of injected fluids for matrix chemical treatment in oil wells.

Specialized Consulting

Services and solutions in:

• Transportation of control fluids and completion of oil wells

• Bailing of tanks, cellars, and water and/or oil pits.

• Transfer of oil from the well location to inspection points..

Torque Service

Hydraulic torque wrench, with pressure range from 0 to 10,000 psi and accessories for flange torque from 2-9/16“ x 2,000 psi to 18-3/4” x 10,000 psi. BOP torque, wellheads, Christmas trees, with tightening ranges for studs from 7/8“ to 2” or flanges from 2-1/16“ x 3,000 psi to 21-1/4” x 5,000 psi under API standards.

This tool is designed for different types of operations. It has a full bore and is easy to maneuver. It withstands high pressures and is equipped with three rubber packing elements that guarantee a sequence of seals.

This PKR can be used in combination with other tools such as re-perforable plug setters, recoverable plugs for selective testing, etc.
